Methods of Payment
Registrations will not be processed unless all previous fees have been paid in full.
Credit Card - You may choose to pay this year’s EGSC Registration Fees, immediately, online with your Visa or MasterCard, by choosing the Online Credit Card Payment Option. This is a fully secured service operated by Global Payments, a division of the CIBC. You may pay your registration fee in full (upon registration) or use our 2 payment plan (First installment due upon registration, the balance due January 3rd). You must sign into your account to make the 2nd payment before January 3rd.
Cheque – Cheques are to be made out to "EG Skating Club." You may pay your registration fee in full or use our payment plan outlined below. To pay in two installments, please select "Minimum Payment" when selecting a payment method during the online registration process.
CanSkate Programs Fall or Winter Session – Full payment is due upon registration.
CanSkate Full Program - First installment due upon registration, postdated cheque for the balance dated January 3rd.
STARSkate Program – You have the option of paying in two installments (First installment due upon registration, postdated cheque for the balance dated January 3rd.) or four installments (First installment due upon registration, postdated cheques for the balance dated November 1st, January 3rd and March 1st)
All postdated cheques are to be received by the EGSC within 3 days following online registration. Cheques may be dropped off at the EG Parks & Recreation Office in the EG Sports Complex. After office hours envelopes can be placed through the mail slot in the office door.
NSF cheques: A fee of $25.00 will be levied for all cheques returned for any reason. Funds owing to the club will be paid by certified cheque only and must be done before the skater is allowed on the ice.
Late Payment: Skaters will not be allowed on the ice until an application has been completed and payment is received in full by the Club.
All skaters wishing to participate in SKATE CANADA testing, competitions, private coaching or synchronized teams, must be “Members in Good Standing". This means that payment in full must have been made.
Refunds
There will be no refunds except for medical reasons or extraordinary circumstances approved by the Board of Directors. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged for any cancellation of membership after registration. After the skating season begins, all cancellations will be subject to the applicable SKATE CANADA fee(s) and an administrative fee of $50.00
