Methods of Payment
Registrations will not be processed unless all previous fees have been paid in full. Registrations must be accompanied by payment of the appropriate fees. Cheques are to be made out to "EG Skating Club". To pay in two installments, please select "Minimum Payment" when selecting a payment method during the online registration process.  One cheque is due upon registration, the other may be post-dated for January 5, 2009. With online registration, we now offer payment by Mastercard & Visa.
All skaters wishing to participate in SKATE CANADA testing, petitions, private coaching or synchronized teams, must be “Members in Good Standing". This means that payment in full must have been made.

NSF CHEQUES: A fee of $25.00 will be levied for all cheques returned for any reason.

Refunds
There will be no refunds except for medical reasons or extraordinary circumstances approved by the Board of Directors. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged for any cancellation of membership after registration. After the skating season begins, all cancellations will be subject to the applicable SKATE CANADA fee(s) and an administrative fee of $50.00
