We are HOT HOT HOT, pre-, post- and somewhere in between Hot Flashes. We are a fun non-competitive group of skaters from 30 to 60 year olds, just looking for a little extra-curricular exercise and entertainment. We practice on Thursday mornings at 6am to perfect our 3.5 minute routine filled with funky arms and heads and lots of pumps and cross-cuts.
