Adult Skate
Is a 50 min fully coached session for anyone 16 plus.
Skaters of all abilities will be led through a group warm up with our NCCP coaching team,. then skaters are broken into small groups to work on their individual needs . If your looking to learn something new or fine tune a past skill in a fun and supportive class Join us now
anyone who has not been evaluated as CanSkate level 5 or higher by OUR coaches must wear a CSA certified hockey helmet until a EGSC coach says otherwise . Wrist guards are recommended for beginners
Adult Skate will be offered on Tuesdays at 630pm for the Fall and Winter 2025/26 season
