Kickstarter Pre-Canskate and CanSkate - September 18th - October 9th  (Thursdays only)


Fall Session Pre-Canskate and CanSkate - October 11th - December 18th 


Winter Session Pre-CanSkate and Canskate - January 3rd - March 28th


STARSkate Season - September 8th - March 28th 

PreCanSkate Session Details

  • 30 min on ice session 

  • basic skating skills taught in a small group lesson verbal and hands on instruction 

  • Skaters must be 3yo to enroll


CanSkate Session Details 

  • 50 min on ice session 

  • skills mastered in PreCan are fine tuned and expanded upon in a circuit based small group lesson with verbal and hands on instruction 

  • recommended age completed PreCanSkate or 5-13 years old


Adaptive CanSkate Session Details 

  • 30 min on ice session 

  • smaller coach to student ratio for skaters with any exceptional needs. please contact programdirector@egskatingclub.com to register


PowerSkate Session Details 

  • 50 min on ice session 

  •  for skaters who are looking to transition or improve skating skills specific to  hockey or ringette (no sticks and pucks will be used )

  • basic skating skills taught in PreCanSkate like balance and move forward and  backwards are required to participate 

  • recommended age completed PreCanSkate or 5-13 years old


STARSkate Session Details

  • Junior & Intermediate A sessions are fully coached.
  • Intermediate B & Senior sessions include a fully coached group lessons on every session (minimum 15 minutes)
  • On ice Jump  Class is available to Intermediate B & Senior
  • Ticket ice available - check www.townofeastgwillimbury for schedule

Maximize Your Skater’s Progress!
Pre-CanSkate and CanSkate participants, registering for multiple sessions each week can significantly accelerate skill development. Take advantage of our multi-day discount and enroll in two or even all three classes per week.


We strongly recommend StarSkate participants register for a minimum of two classes per week to ensure consistent progress and optimal training results. Take advantage of the multi-day discount by registering for at least three classes per week and maximize your training opportunities.
